Even small delays have an immediate impact on the entire event.
Time slots, routes and capacities are planned as an overall system. On the day of the event, for example, flight times are actively tracked and plans are dynamically adjusted.

Approaches, stopping zones and car park situations at event locations, hotels and along the routes are realistically checked. Shortly before the event begins, our logistics professionals check the routes again, e.g. for roadworks or restrictions for coaches.
In addition, luggage logistics can be separated from passenger transport: Luggage is collected, transported separately and delivered directly to the respective hotels. This makes travelling easier for guests and significantly speeds up arrival processes.
This provides a noticeable advantage, especially at large events: boarding the buses after the day's programme is quicker, waiting times are eliminated and guests do not have to collect their luggage from cloakrooms or collection points.
Participants are brought to the event location in stages within clear time slots so that registration and admission are not overloaded.
For the evening bus transfers, the vehicles are divided into different routes in order to bring the guests to their chosen hotels efficiently and without unnecessary waiting times.
