Requirements of the event

An event format rolled out in Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne, Mannheim and Munich. Transfer from the hotel to the location in the morning, back after the day's programme, from there to the evening event and a night shuttle back to the hotel at the end. Five cities, five realisations, one uniform standard.

How do you transfer a concept to five cities without starting from scratch five times?
A standardised basic concept was adapted to the local conditions of each city. Same quality, individual realisation.
How do you ensure smooth journeys to changing locations?
Access routes were checked in advance for each destination and coordinated with locations and hotels. What works in Hamburg does not automatically apply to Munich.
How do you effectively implement learning effects at a series of events lasting several days?
There was an open feedback discussion after each event day. In this way, the series was continuously improved from Hamburg to Munich instead of making the same mistakes five times.
