Every performance must start on time: how to manage 2,500 artist journeys at festival dynamics
Admission times, programme items and departures are constantly changing. Traditional timetables do not work.
Mobility concepts are deliberately planned flexibly. On-site coordinators adapt processes according to the situation and keep traffic and shuttle movements stable.
Festival grounds are prepared for the festival so that there are no roads, paths etc. Normally there are no roads, paths etc. Inadequate advance planning leads to immediate chaos.

Clear stopping zones, defined routing and visible contact persons ensure orientation and relief - even at high capacity.
Weather, traffic conditions or last-minute programme changes cannot be fully planned.
Our experienced coordinators react in real time, coordinating with organisers, security, hostesses and drivers. They monitor traffic flows, intervene in specific situations and control drivers via GPS. This is how we ensure ongoing operations.
