Requirements of the event

250 artists with their travel parties, picked up at railway stations and airports in Frankfurt, taken to the festival site - and back to the hotels at night. The central shuttle point is located in the underground car park of the Deutsche Bank Park Stadium. This not only limits access, but also the entire vehicle planning.

What happens if the shuttle point is only accessible to vans?
The underground car park at Deutsche Bank Park does not allow for larger vehicles. All 25 vehicles have been configured as vans, with routes and timings adjusted accordingly. Anyone who only finds this out on site has a problem. Access roads, clearance heights and widths must always be checked in advance.
How do you ensure that no artist misses their stage time?
All vehicles are continuously monitored by GPS. As soon as a vehicle encounters a delay, the driver is actively diverted - before the Artist notices. The team of coordinators was positioned right next to the Artist team, not somewhere on the site.
How do you remain capable of acting during changing lockdowns and programme changes?
Constant communication with the artist team is a basic requirement. Changes and orders are assigned immediately via the driver app in real time.
